Teri Darrow joined Carol Pyfrom Realty to continue the ability and experience she has of serving people and helping people enjoy the process of relocating.
Teri comes from a family with varied real estate experiences and has always believed that the process of buying and selling real estate in the wonderful Upstate should be easy! It’s such a wonderful place to call Home!
Flat Fee pricing, when listing her home for sale was perfect for her…she really loves helping people keep more of their equity since they purchased their home as an investment. It made sense to her and she wants to help people save money and yet get the advantages of full service. She loves meeting all of the buyers moving to the Upstate and usually is very familiar with where they are moving from – relocation is her specialty! Teri moved here from Connecticut and has served as a flight attendant for TWA for 8 years, traveled and met lots of people. She also worked in an advertising agency as a market research and assistant account executive, plus she and her husband owned and operated 2 franchises – one being Munson’s Chocolates (which everyone loves). Plus, she has taught special education for 23 years!
In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy playing tennis, weekend getaways, reading and attending the many activities which the Upstate has to offer. They have 2 sons and enjoy traveling and visiting them.
Let her life experiences benefit you!

If your faith in real estate agents is shaky, the Carol Pyfrom Realty team transforms real estate skeptics into believers. As a member of one of Greenville’s top real estate teams, I work hard to sell homes and help buyers find new places to call home. Here’s what some of my recent clients had to say:
“He restored our faith in real estate agents!”
“Communication was beyond expectations! Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.”
“Phil is an honest and caring person and Realtor.”
“He kept to his promise of doing everything possible to get our house sold quickly and at the right price.”
“Phil should be the benchmark upon which all other agents are measured. He is a consummate professional.”
I look forward to meeting you and adding you to my list of satisfied real estate clients. (more…)

Moving from New York to South Carolina in 2009, Dick knows what it’s like personally to move a family from one part of the country to another and what it takes to make your new town feel like home. Moving isn’t always easy, but Dick has the knowledge and know how to make moving to your new home a seamless process, whether moving across country or across the neighborhood.
Having been in sales, working with engineers and purchasing departments in electronic components for over twenty five years, Dick knows the ins and outs of the negotiation process and uses that knowledge to help his clients achieve their goals. Starting his real estate career in New York in 2005, Dick also obtained his Home Inspectors license. Upon moving to the Upstate of South Carolina, Dick spent several years in the new construction business. His love for helping people find their new home, whether it be new construction or an established home, lead him to make the move to general real estate. His motto to his clients is, “I work for you and am always taking care of business”. When asked why he works so hard on a daily basis, he says, “I love to help people. Whether a first time buyer with dreams of their first home or someone who needs to sell theirs to move to that next dream home, I love to help.”
Dick enjoys all aspects of real estate. He and his family have built two homes and have remodeled a 100 –year old home! Dick now lives in Greenville, is married with two daughters, one who serves in the US Air Force. When not with clients, Dick can be found serving on the Board as a Deacon at Trinity Fellowship Church or with Helping Hands, a community service of Greer helping those in need of food.
